It would be hard to imagine a top performer in any field without a coach. It doesn’t matter if you fly a fighter jet, play a sport, or lead a company; it helps to have someone in your corner. Someone who can help you prepare for, and objectively review performance to highlight what went well and create strategies to get even better.
No one enters adulthood hoping to struggle at work, have an ok marriage, or be estranged from their families. Unfortunately, many will leave adulthood that way. The default setting for life is not set to “Excellent.” By definition, it is set for average, and if we want anything better, we will have to be deliberate about it. A coach can help you make the step change you seek.
Our clients come to us for a variety of reasons. Some are trying to get through a rough patch, some feel they have plateaued, and others just want to turn it up a few notches. Whether it is at home, on the field, or at work, a coach can help you maximize your potential.
The process usually begins with an initial assessment of where you are at, and where you want to go. We often employ the Hogan Profiles to identify strengths to build on, as well as those aspects of personality that tend to derail our success. Once we are clear on the current situation and the destination, we can construct a coaching plan that works for you. The engagement may involve a wide range of coaching techniques and methodologies including skill building, goal setting, communication skills, time management, conflict resolution, and other related topics.
Coaching sessions may take place in person, over the phone, or via video conferencing, depending on your needs and preferences. Contact us for more information.
Our partnerships with Hogan Assessments, Wiley Epic, and others allows us to offer a range of assessment tools to accelerate team and individual performance.
DISC Profiles provide powerful insights into individual and group work styles. The profiles are fun to learn about, memorable and easy to use. Participants will find themselves using the insights immediately. Knowing your own style and how to read the style of others facilitates improved communication and teamwork. It also provides insights into how people with your style tend to get hurt, how your style could impact your willingness to stop work, and your tendency to speak out about safety concerns.
The Hogan Assessments provide a comprehensive approach to personality assessment with the in-depth detail needed to hire the right employees, identify and develop talented individuals, and build better leaders. With over 11 million profiles administered, only Hogan examines personality from every angle. By measuring the bright side, dark side, and inside of personality, we can help you to identify and address the factors that drive and undermine your success.
